Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to contribute to the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Energy Systems (ICoSES 2025), taking place online from 24–26 April 2025. Abstracts must be submitted no later than 28 February 2025 through the CMT Microsoft platform.
Authors are encouraged to carefully review the conference topics and subtopics and select the area that most closely matches the key novelty of their work. Subtopic descriptions are designed to be straightforward and self-explanatory, ensuring an accurate fit for your submission.
Abstracts (in the format of 1 page + up to 2 explanatory pages) shall be written in English and include short sections addressing:
- Full Paper Title
- Full name, affiliation, address, email, and phone number of the corresponding author.
- Include the topic and subtopic number (e.g., 1.2) and a brief justification for your choice.
- Abstract Summary that provides a concise overview of the work.
- Aim and Approach Used: Clearly describe the objectives and methodology.
- Scientific Innovation and Relevance: Highlight the novelty and significance of your work.
- Results or Preliminary Results and Conclusions: Summarize key findings or expected outcomes and their implications.
Abstracts applying for journal publication must meet the 2–3page minimum requirement to be eligible.

Submission Instructions
All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT platform, which will manage the entire submission and review process. Authors should ensure that their abstract PDF is correctly formatted and not password protected before submission.

- Conference Proceedings: All accepted abstracts for oral and poster presentations will undergo an editorial review process and be published online in the official ICoSES 2025 Proceedings, ensuring accessibility to a global audience.
- Citability of Papers: Each paper in the conference proceedings will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring permanent identification and citability for future reference.
- Journal Publication Opportunity: Authors of selected high-quality abstracts will be invited to submit their work for peer-reviewed publication as part of special issues in journals collaborating with ICoSES 2025. Detailed instructions for journal submissions will be provided on the “PUBLICATIONS” page, with direct links to the journals’ special issue webpages.
- Student Awards: The ICoSES 2025 Student Awards aim to recognize and encourage exceptional contributions by young researchers. Registered students are eligible to apply for the awards during the abstract submission process.
