Call for Papers – ICoSES 2025 Conference Proceedings

The 1st International Conference on Sustainable Energy Systems (ICoSES 2025) invites researchers, academicians, professionals, and innovators to submit their original work for inclusion in the conference proceedings and presentation at the event. This conference will take place online from 24 to 26 April 2025, offering a global platform to showcase advancements in sustainable energy systems and technologies.

Submission Guidelines

Accepted abstracts will require an extended version to be submitted as a full paper. All papers will undergo an editorial review process to ensure quality and alignment with the conference themes.

Authors must submit their manuscripts in PDF format exclusively through the Microsoft CMT platform. Submissions must adhere to the detailed instructions provided in the ICoSES 2025 Paper Guidelines. Only manuscripts following these guidelines will be reviewed for inclusion in the ICoSES 2025 Proceedings.

For platform-specific guidance, please refer to the Microsoft CMT Author Help Page.

Conference Proceedings

All accepted full papers will be published free of charge in the official ICoSES 2025 Proceedings, which will be made accessible online. To ensure citability and global accessibility, each paper will be assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI), enabling permanent referencing. This initiative aligns with our commitment to providing free participation in the conference and aims to showcase high-quality research while serving as a valuable resource for the global academic and professional community.
